How to register with 1112.com
1. Click on Sign up on the top right of the website.

2. Fill in your personal information.

3. Fill in your account information, this is going to be your login information.

4. Fill in your address information by search and click on the dropdown list

*If your street/soi information is not in the list, please fill in with free-text our staff will contact you later.
5. Fill in the security code, once finished, click on Create Account button

6. You will get the message that the system is sending the verification email to your registered email address

7. Please check your email and click on the verification link

*The system may take 10-30 minutes to send out the verification email to you.
*Please check junk mail in case you cannot locate the verification email.
8. Once you click on the link, the system will activate your account for you. Now, you can use your account registered with The Pizza Company to login.

9. To login, click on Login on the top right of the website.

10. Fill in your email address and password, then click on Login button.

11. Your registered name will appear on the top right of the website.

How to add, edit and delete my address
1. After you logged in to the website, click on My Profile on the top right of the screen.

2. Then click on Address Book on the left sidebar.

3. Your address information will appear on the web page, if you want to edit your address click on Edit Address, if you want to delete it, click on Delete Address, If you want to add new address, click on Add new address button

4. Address name field is the name of your place like “Home” or “Office”

5. Fill in your address information by search and click on the dropdown list

6. Once finished, click on Save button.

7. Now your new address information will appear on the website

How to edit personal information
1. After you logged in to the website, click on My Profile on the top right of the screen.

2. Then click on My Account on the left sidebar.

3. You can edit your personal information and your account information from this menu.

4. Once finished, fill in password and security code and click on Save button.

How to reset my password
1. Click on Login on the top right of the website.

2. Click on Forgot password below login form.

3. Fill in your registered email in the textbox, then click on Send button. The system will send verification email to your email inbox.

4. Check your email inbox, you will received an email from The Pizza Company. Click on the link to reset your password.

*Please check junk mail in case you cannot locate reset password email.
5. Fill in your new password, then click on Confirm button.

6. Now you can use your new password to login to your account.
How to customize my pizza
1. Choose pizza topping that you want to order

2. Select your favorite Pan, Size and Crust

3. If you want to customize your pizza ingredients, click on Customize my pizza

4. Choose your Sauce

5. To customize ingredients, every pizza will have its default ingredients indicated with number “1”

- If you don’t want that ingredient on your pizza, click on minus - until the number reach zero (0)
- If you want to add another ingredient, click on plus + button, you can have additional 7 extra ingredients on your pizza!
6. One finished, click on Add button to add your pizza to cart.

How to purchase item online
1. Once you finished adding your item to your basket, click on Check Out

2. Check your order details, then check on Delivery if you want to your order to be delivered to you or check on Takeaway if you want to pick up your order by yourself. Then click on Next button.

3. If you have not logged in, please login first. However, if your are not yet registered with us, please click on Create new account to create your new account.

4. Check your personal information.
- If you select Delivery, please double check your delivery address by select in dropdown list. Or you can choose to Add new address You can find the guide on how to add new address here.

- If you select Takeaway option, please select the branch you want to pick up your order.

5. You can also choose to delivery or pick up Now or you can make a Future order. You can make future order up to 7 days in advance by selecting Delivery in the future or Pick time then choose date and time you prefer.

6. You can make payment by Cash on delivery or Credit card.

7. You can request for tax invoice by checking on Request tax invoice checkbox then fill in your information. If you want save your invoice, just check on Save my tax invoice form.

8. Once finished, click on Place order.

9. If you select payment method using Credit card, the website will take you to a Bank’s payment page. Please fill in your credit card information and make payment by clicking on Submit button. Once finished, the payment page will take you back to website.

10. Finished!! The website will show the delivery information for you.

How to check my delivery status
1. After you logged in to the website, click on My Profile on the top right of the screen.

2. Click on Last Order.

3. About order status

- Order Received your order are being process.
- Cooking your order are being cook.
- Delivering your order are on its way.
4. You will also received email notifications when your order are being deliver.
